Returns

  All returns of blank [non-logoed] garments require a prior authorization number and are subject to a 15% restocking fee [20% for all Dickies and other workwear items]. Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.  Note: Returns or exchanges are not permitted for samples.  Please complete the Return Authorization Form to submit your request for an authorization number.   You may fax the completed form to our Returns Department at 1-920-845-9942, or you may email it directly to returns@cauinc.com

Note:  Under normal circumstances it is the customer's obligation to cover the cost of shipping for returned merchandise.  Any exceptions must be approved in advance by a Customer Service Representative.

If logoed garments have been incorrectly/improperly embroidered or screenprinted, our Customer Support Team must be notified immediately so that appropriate adjustments or corrective action can be taken. Please allow up to 10 days for credits to be processed.

Altered garments are not returnable. Therefore, it's especially important that "blank" garments shipped to someone other than the client--an embroidery shop, for example--are inspected upon delivery to check style, quantities, sizes and colors against client's original order.

We allow three weeks [21 calendar days] for returning eligible garment items. Please call if you believe there is an extenuating circumstance.

*Please call or e-mail us prior to returning/exchanging an item.  We will give you a return-authorization number to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted.
