Returns

Merchandise cannot be returned for any reason without written CAU authorization. All such returns require a prior authorization number and are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fees]. Please complete the Return Authorization Form to submit your request for an authorization number. You may send the form as an email attachment to: returns@cauinc.com or may fax the completed form to our Returns Department at 1-920-845-9942.

Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. If product has been incorrectly/improperly decorated [imprinted] our Customer Support team must be notified immediately so that appropriate adjustments or corrective action can be taken. If authorization has been provided to return product, once we have received the product please allow up to 10 days for credit to be processed.

Altered product is not returnable [except for damaged/defective items]. Therefore, it's especially important that any "blank" product [i.e., without imprint] that is shipped to someone other than the client – an embroidery shop, for example – are inspected upon delivery to check style, quantities, sizes, material and/or colors against client's original order.

Limited liability. Corporate Apparel Unlimited, Inc. [CAU] disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In no event shall CAU be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to, lost revenue or profits regardless of the form of action whether in contract, tort [including negligence], or otherwise, even if CAU has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the maximum liability of CAU exceed the product price.
