Please complete the form below if you’d like to return merchandise. Once we have received your information you will receive a phone call or e-mail regarding your return. If you have a question please email our Returns Department at returns@cauinc.com.
 
Note: Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of customer’s receipt of merchandise. All other returns, if eligible, must be made within 21 days. Please call if you believe there is an extenuating circumstance. Returns require a return authorization number and will not be accepted without this number clearly marked on the package. Returned or refused merchandise is subject to a restocking fee, and both shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
 
Any item on the form with an asterisk ( * ) must be completed in order for your return to be processed or accepted.

Please do NOT ship back to warehouse without first obtaining a return authorization from Corporate Apparel Unlimited. Doing so will reduce the chance of your shipment being refused or lost, in which case a credit will not be issued.
