| All returns of blank [non-logoed] garments require an RA#. All returns of blank [non-logoed] are subject to a 15% restocking fee [20% for all Dickies, Augusta and Daystar]. All returns of blank [non-logoed] garments must be made within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise. All items returned without an RA# will be refused. Note: Returns or exchanges are not permitted for samples. Please complete the Return Authorization Form to submit your request for an authorization number. You may fax the completed form to our Returns Department at 1-920-845-9942, or you may email it directly to returns@cauinc.com . Note: It is the customer's obligation to cover the cost of shipping for returned merchandise. *Please call or e-mail us prior to returning/exchanging an item. We will give you a return-authorization number to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted. |
