“The Denim” – From Shirts to Jackets to Jeans to Caps!

“Denim” has a proud 500-year history, dating back to the late 16^th Century in up to the present time.  One of the worlds oldest fabrics – over the past millennium anyway – denim started as a serge [twilled] fabric made at least partly of wool, and in just one color, blue [from the indigo dye used in early days for dyeing the warp yarn needed to produce the denim twill weave].
